Postdoctoral Research Fellow
I am working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Lab. of Advanced Food Safety Research Group, College of Food Science and Technology, Chung-Ang University, Republic of Korea. I am working now on how to control biofilm during food storage and C-di-GMP signaling. I have worked on GSK-3 cell signaling, nanoparticles, and antioxidants to produce transgenic animals. DNA and RNA extraction is the routine work in my research. Besides this, I have experienced in Cell culture- Somatic cell, Fetal fibroblast, Vero cell, embryo culture; Molecular technique: Immunofluorescence, Western blot, ELISA, PCR; Protein: purification by Ni-NTA or FPLC, recombinant protein expression; Immunology: MIC, IgY technology- chicken egg immunoglobin used as a therapeutic for an infectious disease like rotavirus, E-coli, Salmonella Spp., Cryptosporidium parvum., cholesterol inhibitor, Vaccine: Production, vaccine challenge for livestock, antibody purification, and manufacture. Phage: Bacteriophage technology to control microorganism for the environment, Animal model: Mouse, pig, calf, and chicken. Managerial skill: team lead, research proposal and report writing, monitoring, evaluation, and communication with the different regulatory bodies. Protocol development: New tools developed for research, optimization, and validation of it.
