We all learn from these experiences \u2013 one thing I learned was to be reminded how important conversations are, particularly connected ones.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content content\">\n<p>Maybe you\u2019ll like the quote I read recently \u2013 \u2018Swimming in a sea of information and drowning in ignorance\u2019. Think about that for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Try this : Breathe in\u2026.and out\u2026\u2026 (repeat as often as you need to slow down and focus)\u2026.. Now time for thinking \u2013 we are really exposed to so much \u2018immediate\u2019 information from phones, internet etc. How much time is all that exposure to information distracting us from being human\u2026.and doing things humans used to do such as interacting properly with others through real conversations? Real conversations give you a feeling of connection, of being present, and being human. Try one and see how you feel.<\/p>\n<p>Is that a change in mindset you need to practice?<\/p>\n<p>Try it at least once a day for the next 100 days.
