Veterinary Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for the communication and advocacy of our PPVD (ProPlan Veterinary Diet) range in the Swiss market and in charge of all scientific communications with our distributor and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will mainly:
- Be the face of Purina in all contacts with Key Opinion Leaders, Industry Associations and the veterinary community at large to increase brand awareness for PPVD, disseminate scientific materials and research
- Organize scientific events (e.g. presentations, seminars, trainings, ...) for stakeholders as well as represent Purina in all relevant industry and scientific forum
In addition, you will also:

Understand the trends and needs of the Swiss Veterinary community: monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for PPVD

Work closely with the sales function to deliver on all business objectives in our cooperation with our exclusive distributor for veterinary products

Responsible for the maintenance of all veterinary product data as well as project management aspects around I&R (Innovation & Renovation) implementation

Work Closely with Demand & Supply Planning team to ensure distributor product delivery and minimum salvage

Support the Purina Consumer Services with veterinary/nutritional know-how

Bachelor or Master Degree in Veterinary

Project Management is a plus

Ability to work in a matrix organization

1-2 years Marketing Experience is a plus

Fluent German & English, French is a plus
