Description
The Gap Veterinary Surgery is a busy, privately owned small companion animal practice located approximately 8 kg west of the Brisbane CBD. We are a long established practice that enjoys a client demographic best described as well-educated, amicable and pet focussed. The practice is seeking to employ one full time and one part time veterinarian. Applications from new graduates will be considered. Necessary qualities are a genuine fondness for people and pets, professional poise with clients and staff, good humour, mature communication skills, and a relaxed, collegial mindset. Successful applicants will be working with and well supported by a polite and vastly experienced, long-term co-owner of the business (BVSc UQ 91’; MANZCVS 2004 (Small Animal Surgery)) who fosters thoroughness, professional development and the maintenance of a healthy work-life balance. Remuneration will exceed award rates for applicants with appropriate experience and clinical skillset.
