Description
We are growing! Veterinary technician wanted for a busy, fast-paced small animal and exotic animal hospital that requires no weekends! Experience required, CVT preferred. This is a compassionate, professional and friendly team centered environment that allows you to grow and use all of your skills while gaining new ones.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing paper work & samples for outside lab
- Holding patients and helping with appointments for the doctor
- Blood draws
- Nail trims
- Expressing anal glands
- Drawing up vaccines
- Assisting in surgery including monitoring patient while under anesthesia
- Assisting in dental procedure including monitoring patient while under anesthesia
- Filling medication prescriptions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
