We understand that flexibility is key to a healthy work-life balance. Whether you need to adjust your rota to accommodate school holidays, fit around school runs, or simply find the right balance between home and work, we're committed to offering working patterns that truly work for you.

As a three-site practice, we provide small animal services at all locations, with farm and equine care based at our main site in Keith. We collaborate closely with Speyside Vets to share our OOH rota, ensuring both a sustainable work-life balance for our team and excellent client care. The full-time role is up to 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 depending on preference. We welcome part-time applicants and can be fully flexible for the right person. There is a 1 in 10 share of the large animal OOH rota during the summer.

Our proactive approach focuses on large animal work, particularly in fertility with a strong base of pedigree and commercial beef and sheep, as well as some goats. We also have a loyal small animal clientele, with minimal exotics.
