And to be really clear, we got sick of doing things the same old way.

We realised just because this was how most clinics ran, didn't mean this was how we had to run our clinics...

So as a collective goal our Team set out to create a model of practice that is sustainable, rewarding for everyone...

Vets, nurses, clients and pets.

And we wanted to be an example of how our industry can be changed for the better.

 

We have highly trained Primary Care Nurses to welcome clients, get the patient comfy in our consulting space and take patient histories...

They write medical notes, generate the invoices, do up the estimates, make the follow-up phone calls...

And actively follow these patients throughout their diagnosis and treatment with us.

Ears and wounds get cleaned, nails get clipped, anal glands get expressed – and they love it!!

They talk about the money and educate clients to the value of what we do.

 

Then there are our surgical nurses and technicians...

They prepare patients for surgery, process laboratory samples, complete dental charts, take intra-oral radiographs and monitor our surgical patients like hawks...

Not to mention managing and implementing treatment plans for hospital patients under supervision.

 

That leaves our vets to do what they do best:

• Diagnose

• Prescribe

• Surgicate

• Dentistrate

 

So, yeah that’s it.
