To satisfy the growing veterinary care demands of our clients and their pets, we are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to join us in the only leadership role of its kind in our Victorian Region. This role will support the Victorian south-eastern suburbs clinics spanning across Cranbourne, Pakenham, Rowville, Mornington, Moorabbin and Springvale.

The role.

This leadership role is critical to the success of our clinics in Victoria and our organisation. This is a rewarding, holistic role in leading continuous improvements and new programs where you will be working strategically across the entire length and breadth of the business.

As our key support for Victoria, you will also be responsible for:

• providing guidance and coaching to clinics and teams to deliver veterinary services and complete care that comply with Our Vet and professional industry standards;
• acting as a conduit between our clinics in Victoria and Support Office functions and operations of our business nationwide;
• act as sounding board for complex clinical cases, assisting with surgeries requiring advanced skill, and helping build high performing teams through continuous professional development;
• supporting the growth of clinics by educating lead vets on key business management principles and operational fundamentals; and
• supporting the succession of our veterinary and nursing teams towards career fulfillment.

As a successful leader.

As our preferred candidate you will have significant experience working as a senior Vet, where you have successfully managed multiple clinics. You'll bring a collaborative and creative approach to your work as well as a demonstrated track record for building and leading strong teams. Importantly, you'll also be able to strike a positive balance between the professional, commercial and care aspects of your role and our organisation. As an innovator, you identify and contribute to business initiatives that enhance team capability and positive evolution of clinical standards.

Qualifications as a veterinarian, managing multiple clinics and teams with effectiveness are required. Additionally, this is a role that requires within state travel and being highly contactable in a collaborative and helpful manner.
