Stones Corner Vet is looking for that special someone to look after our pet-parents and keep our front of house organised. Our loyal client base has come to expect consistent, high level customer service and familiar faces. They know that our reception team will offer the best care because of their motivation, experience and empathy… not because of a KPI.

We have a roster of approx 15hr/wk available including shared Saturday shifts, with additional hours available to cover sick and holiday leave. Our ideal candidate is a vet nurse returning to clinic or who has “been there, done that” and now seeks that work life balance and a role which they can enjoy but leave behind when they head home. Those with a veterinary or pet shop background would be highly regarded but we would also invite those with reception skills from medical, dental or allied health care to apply. We need someone with attention to detail that can think ahead to anticipate both the vets and clients needs. The successful candidate is a multi-tasker that can handle the pressure of multiple phone lines as well as face-to-face customers.

The clinic offers RxWorks/Ascend, PetYeti online bookings, VetCheck online consents and homecare handouts, iRecall automated reminds, PetSure eclaims and GapOnly claims, and bi-directional SMS service. We love efficiency to maximise your time working with our lovely pet-parents.
