VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST TREENDALE PET MEDICAL

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to work in our beautiful veterinary hospital. No industry experience required but good people skills essential.

FULL TIME  POSITION AVAILABLE 25 - 35 HOURS A WEEK

You will need to work some weekends - approximately one weekend a month.

you will have late shifts as we are open 8am - 8pm.

The job involves some light cleaning duties.

We need a vibrant person with a big smile and great conversation skills to make our clients feel welcome.

Good organizational skills and basic computer skills are essential.

Excellent telephone etiquette is required. The job involves greeting clients and taking calls on the telephone and scheduling appointments.

Basic filing and admin skills are essential. Attention to detail is very important and also a love for animals.
