It is essential that all applicants hold either a FANZVS, DipECVDI or DACVR qualification in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging and must also hold a valid veterinary licence.

About the role

The role involves writing expert reports on radiographs, CT scans and MRI scans for cats, dogs, horses and other species.   Reports must be generated within a certain time frame in order to meet turnaround times for our clients.   We focus on excellence in our reporting standards and providing the best possible clinical support for the vets that we assist.   The role also involves telephone advice and support, particularly assistance with imaging protocols for CT and MRI.

The caseload is diverse and fun! We have a great mix of cases and the studies mainly come from referral clinics and Universities and are of excellent quality. We benefit from close interaction with our referring veterinarians and encourage feedback on cases including histology reports, photos and surgical results.

The successful applicant will benefit from our unique support system with

instant second opinions, clinical case managers, library access, case discussion, monthly

online lectures and journal clubs.  Joining us can be a great opportunity for veterinary radiologists to share cases with friends and colleagues and belong to our collegial group environment.

Full-time positions with excellent remuneration circa AU$250,000 FTE.

Positions can be homebased or in our office in Fremantle, Perth.
