Experienced Veterinary Nurse - Casual or Part time

Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic and Animal Shelter is looking for a qualified and experienced veterinary nurse to join our close knit team on a part time or casual basis.

We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and mature person to join our team. We have both Private Clients and Shelter animals who we are dedicated to providing the best care to.

Shelter medicine is similar but very different to private practice as you get to work on some exciting cases and cases that  you do not normally see in private practice.

The person for this role must have commitment and dedication.

• Veterinary nursing experience is essential
• Nurses are encouraged to perform venepuncture, IV catheter placement, anaesthesia, radiology and patient monitoring
• You must have an excellent telephone manner and professional approach.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Dependable and reliable

To be successful in your application, you must be able to demonstrate: Certificate IV Qualifications as a Veterinary Nurse (or equivalent) and experience.

Our clinic requires a team of mature driven individuals who have excellent patient care.
