The role:
In this role you will provide specialised high-quality nursing care for critical patients in an Ophthalmology position working alongside a team of veterinary specialists to ensure gold-standard patient care is always achieved.

Requirements for the role:
- A nurse with a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or a Veterinary Technologist degree with a keen passion in gold standard patient care with at least 3 years previous clinical experience. (Ophthalmology experience preferred but not necessary)
- A team player with a strong work ethic willing to support your fellow colleagues
- Skilled in problem solving and decision making.
- A multi-tasker who can navigate within a busy, multidisciplinary workplace.
- An organised nurse with high attention to detail.
- Excellent animal handling skills, experience with anxious animals in the clinic environment
- Understand geriatric nursing and care.
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced work environment
