Description

VetsOne Hastings is a large, well-established mixed practice veterinary clinic, that is independently owned and operated in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. We have been providing veterinary care to the Hawkes Bay region for over 70 years. Our owners work alongside our staff and are friendly and approachable. We have Gold Standard Cat Friendly Accreditation with fear free handling as a priority. We have an I131 Radioactive Iodine Unit for the treatment of hyperthyroid felines. Our team is passionate in providing excellent care to our clients and their pets, and love to have some fun.

We are currently seeking a motivated veterinary nurse who is passionate about delivering a high standard of care for both the patient and the client. A wide range of nursing skills will be utilized on a daily basis through our different nursing rotations, surgery and ICU/recovery, dentals, hospital and day treatments and consults. Personal and professional growth is important to us and we committed to providing the support and resources to make this happen.

We are seeking applicants with a minimum of a Diploma of Vet Nursing, registerable in New Zealand, looking for full time employment (40 hours per week). A detailed job description of the role is available on application.
