We are an independent, owner-operated vet clinic with a great reputation in the community and 35 years of history. Under new ownership since April, this is the opportunity to join an exciting new chapter in the history of Central Hutt Vets. The clinic is busy, and currently has a team of five vets and nine support staff. We serve a wide demographic and see a full range of cases from the routine to the exceptional!

Qualifications & experience

• Seeking a diploma or bachelor qualified veterinary nurse
• Prefer a minimum of two years' experience as a qualified nurse

Tasks & responsibilities

• Surgical, vet support and reception duties
• Nurse consulting opportunities
• Training and mentorship of junior nurses
• Development of nursing processes and SOPs
• Minimum of 32 hours per week.
