Cat loving Qualified Veterinary Nurse – Greensborough location.

The Cat Protection Society of Victoria is a not-for-profit animal welfare organisation that has been operating for over 75 years. The aim of the Public Clinic is to fund the Shelter.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced vet nurse for both our Public Clinic and our Shelter. There is the opportunity to work in the shelter and/or the public clinic, or a combination of both.

The ideal candidate will have great cat handling skills, confident reception skills, and enjoy surgical nursing. We are looking for someone to join our supportive and friendly team. We hope you can help the day run smoothly.

The role may include working reception, general nursing and surgical nursing. You will be assisting with running in house bloods on our IDEXX machines, assisting with X-rays including dental X-rays, monitoring anaesthesia, recovering patients, and much more.

The Public Clinic is an accredited ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic (Silver).
