1. Planning course topics
In conjunction with the company directors, the workshop topics for each year and speakers that will deliver them will be determined and an appropriate plan will be implemented by the Education Coordinator.

2. Speaker Liaison
The Education Coordinator will liaise with the speakers regarding workshop content to ensure it remains interesting, skills-based, with defined outcomes and content that is highly relevant to general veterinary practice.

3. Marketing
The Education Coordinator will communicate with graphic designers to create social media, email and print marketing campaigns.

4. Event Management
The Education Coordinator will ensure that events run smoothly. This involves coordinating casual staff who will assist on the day and managing the day's schedule.

5. Accounts and Administration
The role will involve a small amount of accounts and administration, mainly in regards to course fees and event costs.
