What you'll do!

Bring your love of clinical consulting into the corporate environment. You'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders including customers and other veterinary professionals to resolve claims and claim disputes.

You'll develop skills as a subject matter expert and your expertise will be called upon to assist many projects at PetSure as we continue to provide cutting edge solutions for the Pet Health Community.

What will you bring?

First and foremost – your curiosity!

• Your veterinary related qualification, i.e. Veterinary Science Degree, or equivalent, along with clinical experience
• Your exceptional consulting and customer service skills
• Your confidence navigating computer programs and systems
• Your highly developed organisational and multi-tasking ability
• Your ability to operate in high pressure environments while providing out of the box solutions
• Your willingness to challenge the norm.
