Dermatology for Animals is “itching” for the right person to join our team as a fulltime telephonist with office duty responsibility.

Are you “itching” to take on a challenging, multi-faceted role in a busy, specialist referral only dermatology clinic?  Dermatology for Animals has an opportunity for an administration person to join our dynamic and focused team of professionals on a full-time basis. The position is based at our Stafford heights location Monday – Friday with shifts between 8/9 am – 4/5pm.

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, willing to assume a lead role in providing gold standard customer service, take the initiative in administrative responsibilities and fostering a relationship that instils confidence in our clients.  You will provide the initial point of contact with both clients and referring vets - allowing neither to “get under your skin”.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Telephonist: book appointments, field calls, confirm appointments.
  • Insurance paperwork
  • Clients recall system; follow up calls, appointment reminders.
  • Administration: transferring lab results into patient records into computer system.
  • Office organisation: file paperwork, maintain orderly office, follow up veterinarian reminders.
  • Process payments for clients
