Dandenong Ranges Veterinary Centre are seeking a full-time, part-time or locum Veterinarian to join their team in the beautiful leafy eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Olinda)

The veterinary centre was opened in beautiful Olinda, in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges on 26th July 1999 by owners Moss and Christine Siddle. At the time of opening there was one vet - Moss Siddle and one veterinary nurse - Elissa Taylor (now Roberts).

The state of the art clinic is open 7 days a week and offers 1st class veterinary care by it's friendly and experienced staff. The centre has a full surgery and includes services such as; dentistry, digital x-rays, ultrasound, wildlife treatment, laser therapy, cat boarding and a 24hr dog wash.

The clinic is an AVA "Practice of Excellence" which has been established for over 20 years. They put back into the community by helping local clubs and charities.

About The Role

• No AH’s required
• 1/2 hr consults
• CPD paid
• AVA membership paid
• Salary for FT $90,000-140,000 + whole staff bonuses
• 4 day week
• 1/3 weekends
• Flexible hours
• Minimum 2-3 years experience required
• Option to work from home some of the time doing tele-medicine
• Vet:Other staff ratio is 1:4.4
• Mandatory morning tea & lunch breaks

This role would be suitable for a Veterinarian couple; with one working full-time and one working part-time. Additionally in the short-medium term there could be prospects to purchase the practice.
