Due to one of our long standing veterinarians retiring, for health reasons, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, small animal veterinarian in a full time (flexible), permanent role.

We are a three vet, long established independent practice, supported by a talented team of qualified, super capable veterinary nurses & support staff. This is the first full-time role we have advertised in eight years

Our culture is a positive and supportive one with flexible, family friendly working hours. There are no Sunday or afterhours duties and a typical working day has everyone finished by around 5pm.  Saturdays are very manageable, 9am - 1pm, shared on a one in three rota.

The Vets prides itself on providing exceptional client and patient care in a caring, supportive team environment. The role comprises of companion animal GP consults and surgical component, but no orthopaedics.

Ours is a well resourced, well equipped practice with the usual mod cons including full in-house IDEXX lab, digital radiography and IM3 Dental suite. We refer locally to the extensive network of specialist referral centres available in Auckland.

A highly competitive renumeration package is offered.

CPD is actively encouraged and supported with opportunity to develop and grow areas of special interest.
