Description
Roper Gulf Regional Council is recruiting for a veterinarian to join our Animal Management Team in Katherine.
The Veterinarian will deliver the Companion Animal Welfare & Management services throughout the Roper Gulf Region and outstations including appropriate Veterinary & Animal Health Services. They will have overarching responsibility for the supervision of the local workers and veterinary nurses as well as the training of workers, and assistance to the team to provide animal awareness education and support the implementation of the Council’s Animal Management Policy.

This is a fixed term, full-time position based in Katherine, NT.
Remuneration package includes:
- Base Salary of $130,000.00 per annum
- Subsidised Accommodation
- Motor Vehicle with full private use
- Professional Development up to $2,000 per year.
- Professional Association up to $1,000 per year.
