Vetcall Mudgeeraba are seeking a Full-time Practice Manager

We are a team of 4 Vets and 10 nurses. We are located on the beautiful Gold Coast. Our facilities have recently been renovated and we have many new cool gadgets.

About our day-to-day operations:
We are a dynamic work environment with a large variety of cases from simple vaccinations to orthopedics. In a normal day we can have up to 5 sterile surgeries, 3 dental procedures and many hospital patients. In amongst the busyness, our team focuses on our patient care most of all and keeping our team culture and morale - upbeat. We are a family!

Being partly owned by Vet Partners means we can operate as our own brand with the benefits of having a larger network. This gives us access to practical training programs through our purpose-built Veterinary Training Centre's.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and coaching the team
• Ensuring smooth day to day running of the practice
• Stock management, rostering, and other practice administration tasks
• Managing business financials such as budgeting and P & L reporting
• Identify staff training needs
• Providing exceptional customer service and care to all clients and patients
• Local marketing activities
• Growth mindset and the development of new business to business opportunities

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing desirable
• Previous veterinary industry background
• Previous practice manager experience desirable
• Medical practice management experience encouraged to apply
• A commitment to provide exceptional patient care
• Exceptional communication and client and team relationship building skills
