We’re looking for passionate people to support our Pet Parents when they need it most, as a Vet Support Officer to start in January 2022.

What you’ll do

As a Vet Support Officer, you have the unique task of supporting the national network of participating vet practices .

Furthermore, you will,

  • Have genuine conversations with vet practices and be awesome at building relationships
  • Working from your own home Tuesday to Saturday - 11:45am – 8:00pm  (AWST)
  • Being a customer hero and drive veterinary sales and in our nationwide eClaims service
  • Delivering quality support services to our veterinary partners and vendor partners and our GapOnly Veterinary Relationship Managers
  • Create reports on veterinary sales and usage performance
  • Collating vet and customer feedback to inform future service development
  • Manage customer relations with prospective and participating vet practice staff, including decision makers
  • Pre-qualify vets for GapOnly and manage the necessary integrations with vets and VPMS provider
  • Triage the Vet Helpline for all front-line technical integration user support to connected vets
  • Manage integration service support with Vet Practice Management System vendors
  • Delivering to expected KPIs and targets
  • Delivering quality customer service to vets through the effective application of sales lifecycle management including development of new leads, closing sales, onboarding and supporting vets
  • Thrive on giving the highest level of support
  • Be an excellent, clear communicator
  • Work collaboratively with various teams at PetSure

What you’ll bring

  • Passionate about PetSure’s purpose
  • Keen attention to detail; brilliant communication, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Great problem solver and ability to think outside the box
  • Prior experience with various veterinary software systems preferred, however not essential
