This role involves being the welcoming face at our front desk, managing bookings, answering inquiries across various communication platforms, and supporting our team with administrative tasks to maintain a calm and professional front-of-house experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a profound love for animals and people, strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably within a veterinary clinic. The role requires maintaining a calm and positive demeanor in our busy clinic environment.
