About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven, creative and experienced TikToker/TikTok Content Creator to join our vibrant Online Sales and Marketing Team at our Head Office on Chapel Street in South Yarra. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support both Australian and international markets, working closely with our dynamic team to drive our business forward.

Your key responsibility will be driving the growth of a New skin-care brand that is dedicated to teenagers via TikTok and social media channels.

You will be participating in the brand’s overall growth strategy, and responsible for the management of the TikTok and Instagram channels, including planning, content development/production and scheduling.

We are looking for a person with experience in TikTok, passion and ideas, and in-depth understanding of the current teenagers' demographics.

 

You will be responsible for:

Content Creation & Editing

• Develop, film, and edit original video content tailored for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and tone.
• Create engaging content series and social-first, videos that reflect current trends and foster community growth on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Collaborate with influencers, customers, and partners to produce compelling user-generated content.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor weekly performance metrics and analyze insights to optimize content strategies, boosting engagement and followership.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and drive member retention.

Community Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish captivating content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive and inclusive online community.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Partner with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align seamlessly with larger campaigns and promotional efforts.
• Conduct competitor research, creative analysis, and market research to optimize our TikTok presence and performance.
• Take primary responsibility for managing the brand’s presence on TikTok and Instagram for Australia.
• Participate/assist with other branding /related marketing activities as required.

Who are we looking for:

• Proven experience of similar role in beauty industry with indepth understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong content and copywriting skills to craft compelling and engaging narratives.
• Proficiency in video editing tools, e.g. CapCut
• Strong understanding of teenager skin is highly valued to ensure content aligns with our brand’s mission and resonates with our target audience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
