We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join an Infection Prevention team in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to represent an established capital and consumable portfolio within the CSSD and Endoscopy environment, working closely with healthcare professionals.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined sales territory (½ Melbourne Metro and Eastern suburbs), driving business growth, and providing expert support to hospitals and healthcare facilities. This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent sales skills, and the ability to deliver product training and support to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the territory by engaging with new and existing customers.
• Provide product information, training, and in-service demonstrations.
• Manage product trials and ongoing customer support.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and training as required.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience, preferably within CSSD / Endoscopy.
• Experience selling both capital and consumable medical products.
• Strong ability to demonstrate and train customers on product use.
• Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
