What will you do in this role?

  • Provide technical leadership to the companion animal business and field technical support in New South Wales
  • Provide technical training and support to the Territory Managers and assist their in-field sales activities
  • Provide technical leadership to support the development of marketing strategies and production of technical marketing materials, ensuring the technical reputation of the company and quality of material published is of the highest standard
  • Develop, maintain and leverage key relationships with opinion leaders and influencers
  • Ensure compliance to ethical, professional and company standards are upheld, and adverse experience incidents are handled at field level and the reporting process is compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements

  • Registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of New South Wales
  • A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in companion animal veterinary practice
  • A Valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong empathy and developed emotional resilience
  • The ability to build, maintain and develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Superior organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams)
  • Effective presentation skills, and high attention to detail
  • The capacity to be able to travel across Australia, predominantly in NSW
