About the role 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Veterinarian to join our ANZ team.  Reporting to the Marketing and Technical Manager, the role provides technical support for our companion animal business to enhance our brands and improve the quality of our customer experience.

We are based in a Hamilton, East Brisbane, central to many cafes, parks and public transport.  Interstate travel is required to attend conferences and events.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with our commercial team to find mutually beneficial solutions in the field of parasitology, dermatology and behaviour in companion animals.
• Providing technical advice to internal and external stakeholders to raise the profile of Vetoquinol as a credible partner in the provision of technical veterinary support and services.
• Engage with KOLs to assist in the development of scientific and clinical works positioning our brands as solutions for our customers.
• Develop and deliver regular technical training to employees to improve their technical understanding of Vetoquinol’s companion animal brands and market segments.
• Actively work with the marketing team to provide technical strategic input in development of assets and campaigns.
• Ensure full compliance with Vetoquinol’s pharmacovigilance systems and procedures.
• Support customer care team with technical assistance and veterinary guidance on the use of Vetoquinol products.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have a degree in veterinary science and proficient in the field of parasitology and dermatology in companion animals.  You will ideally have prior experience working in a commercial role as the technical expert, whilst having a strategic mindset to leverage your knowledge to accomplish business goals.
