The role:
We are now seeking to appoint a South Island Territory Manager who will be based either in Mid/South Canterbury or Otago/Southland.
This role represents Agilis within the South Island, distributing production and large animal products to our veterinary customer base.
Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, you will grow Agilis brand awareness, deliver the business plan and support relevant marketing initiatives. You will also be involved with product launches as we develop and bring our pipeline to market.
You will spend three or four nights away from home each month, planning your travel to suit your personal requirements.
Competencies required to be successful include:
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Relevant science based tertiary qualification
- Ability to work remotely
- Understanding of production animal health – animal remedies preferred
- Microsoft and CRM competence
- Experience with territory planning and forecasting
- Commercial acumen with the ability to maintain margin
- B2B account management experience.
