Our practice stands out as a highly regarded, privately owned and operated small animal hospital in Canberra that offers a high standard of healthcare to all of our patients. We offer a wide range of services from general health checks to complex surgeries.

  • Our support team are trained for advanced surgeries, treatments, and medicine.
  • We provide ongoing training in medicine and surgery – internally and externally – to ensure you stay motivated.
  • We offer an attractive above award salary package (depending on experience).
  • A yearly CPD allowance of $1500.
  • We will pay your ACT vet board registration.
  • One-week study leave additional to annual leave entitlements.
  • We will pay practice memberships for VIN, CVE Sydney Uni, VPOP.
  • If you are shortlisted, we will even pay you to come and try us out for a week and meet the team.

 

About you

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in veterinary science (or equivalent) and are eligible to register with the Veterinary Surgeon’s Board of ACT.
  • A veterinarian, who takes pride in consistently delivering exceptional clinical standards to ensure the best possible care for your patients.
  • You possess qualities of motivation, accountability, focus, passion, and assertiveness, while also recognising the value of seeking assistance when needed.
  • Your aptitude for listening, collaboration, cooperation, and compromise enables you to work seamlessly within a team of highly professional individuals, while also demonstrating a willingness to continue your professional development and learning.
