We’re looking for a Senior Media Analytics Manager to drive the integration and optimisation of tracking technologies, delivering actionable insights that enhance marketing effectiveness across PetSure and its partners. What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimise tracking solutions across platforms like Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta, HubSpot, AdFixus, and Adobe Analytics.
• Consolidate audience data from multiple sources and integrate results into platforms such as BigQuery, SimilarWeb, HotJar, Looker, and Power BI.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and refine attribution models to improve media investment strategies and campaign effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues across domains, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance tracking frameworks and analytics capabilities.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing channel performance and customer acquisition strategies.
• Train and support teams in leveraging analytics tools to enhance decision-making and campaign execution.

 

What You’ll Bring

• 7–10+ years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing attribution, or performance optimisation.
• Expertise in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Manager, Google Ad Suite (certifications highly desirable).
• Strong technical skills in SQL, JavaScript, and familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with tools such as BigQuery, Looker, Power BI, AdFixus, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing teams and business leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
