Senior Role: Animal Care / Sales Admin

The Location. We are seeking a senior staff person at our Silvan site, a pleasant environment in Melbourne's outer east.

FULL TIME POSITION: Animal Care, Client Liaison, Sales Admin.

Primary Role & Purpose: This is a Senior Role for a mature-minded, experienced individual with solid background in animal care and/or sales admin, office management and client liasion. Veterinary or animal care experience will be a definite advantage but training can be provided to the right person to augment requisite skills. Must love dogs!

• Routine dog-care: feeding, exercising, monitoring health of the dogs, safely managing dog behaviours, medications, health-checks, other.
• Sales Admin: proficiency in MS Office, booking systems.
• Customer service: excellent phone and email communication, taking bookings, reception.
• Cleaning and routine light maintenance.

A regular 38 hour week can be expected but availability required at least one day weekend, also school holidays (consistently), public holidays as needed.
