Yumbah Hatchery Pty Ltd is South Australia’s largest oyster spat producer. Situated at Point Boston, near Port Lincoln, we produce premium spat for the oyster industry. Yumbah is a growing business and employs a diverse array of people with a wide variety of specialised skills. Yumbah Hatchery is always looking for passionate people to join the team.

About the Role

• Required to work in a hatchery setting, working with micro algae cultures, oyster larvae, spat and broodstock.
• Maintain strict biosecurity protocols.
• Be flexible and able to work within a 7-day-a-week roster.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mollusc or similar hatchery experience preferred.
