The Role

• Fixed Term, Full time (up to 12 months)
• Level 5 - $77,142 to $84,218 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Wagga Wagga

 

As a School Executive Support Officer (SESO) within School of Agricultural, Environmental and Veterinary Sciences (SAEVS), you will provide operational support and assist the SESO Team with the planning and execution of administrative processes, communications in relation to School activities and ensure the effective running of the Schools administrative functions.

As a School Executive Support Officer, you will also provide support to other areas of the Faculty as required.

The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, highly developed communication and organisation skills, effective relationship building skills and the ability to learn new databases and systems and develop efficient processes. Finance experience would be highly regarded, as would the ability to work within a complex and high volume work environment.
