Who we are looking for:

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager – Southern, we're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team. Our new Veterinary Sales Representative has a passion for the animal health and veterinary industries. Does delivering market innovation and working  with a sensational R&D product pipeline get you inspired? Maybe you're a vet nurse or practice manager ready for your next step? Or you are an experienced sales representative eager to immerse yourself in a robust industry? Customer collaboration is at the heart of what we do; you will be someone who consistently acts with our customers' best interests in mind, building lasting relationships in both vet clinics and pet retail. This role requires someone with a personal strength in utilising business insights to support our partnership approach. We place the highest value on your strong commitment to delivering value for customers, your well-developed organisational skills, a positive and professional mindset, and a natural curiosity that propels you to constantly seek out new knowledge and innovative solutions. These qualities are crucial for success. We are seeking individuals who are genuinely customer-centric and purpose-driven, with a profound passion for all aspects of animal health, including our beloved four-legged clients. Ideally, you live in Western Victoria.

The Role:

  • Build the sales of key brands in line with the commercial plan.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to implement key marketing programs in person. This includes visiting regional locations and requires monthly overnight stays.
  • Utilise all tools available to you to build positive relationships and generate sales growth in each account.
  • Exhibit the values and behaviours that contribute to a high performing team.
  • Bring a vitality and enthusiasm that aligns with the Zoetis Companion Animal Purpose:

To pioneer in animal health so that pets can live their best lives’

What you can expect:

  • Above industry salary, fully equipped company car (with all associated costs covered), and an extremely attractive bonus structure.
  • A company tech kit including Laptop, iPad, iPhone.
  • Opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company and the largest Animal Health company in the world.
  • Fabulous colleagues and interactions across multiple departments including retail, veterinary, marketing, diagnostics, livestock, genetics, equine, veterinary operations, customer service, finance, etc.
  • Business trips to conferences, industry events and trade shows.
  • Progression pathways for internal development and career development.
