About the role:

Whilst this is an autonomous role, you will be supported by a strong team culture and leaders to ensure you are thriving in your new career. It is about understanding the needs and aspirations of animal owners and providing a tailored solution with an outstanding, proven medical product.

Successful applicants will be prepared to support and care for our wonderful clients, complete regular marketing and brand development activities, support the animal industry by attending shows, events, clinics, and all things equine, establish and maintain pipelines of leads and attend demonstrations.

Accell Animal Therapy is meticulous with engaging new members to our dynamic team and is looking for a fun, positive, ‘go-getter’ who is self-motivated and enjoys achieving high levels of success. Our team of Therapy Sales Specialists come from diverse backgrounds; many don’t have sales backgrounds.

The below skillsets are advantageous but not necessary:

• A passion for working with and helping animals and their owners.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A passion for personal development with a willingness to learn continuously.
• Strong planning skills and excellent time management.
• Ability to constantly push yourself outside your comfort zone and love to experience new and exciting things.
• Understand the importance of building lifelong relationships with people to maintain our client-for-life policy.
• Experience handling small animals, including dogs and cats, is advantageous.
• This role requires working a flexible lifestyle, including weekend and out-of-hours work.

Although flexible, those working full-time achieve the best results in this role. Successful applicants must be prepared to complete online and in-person training at one of our training locations.
