What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with farmers and agribusinesses.
  • Provide expert advice on livestock nutrition and production systems for the dairy, beef, pig, and poultry industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet customers' needs and support their success.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Contribute valuable market insights to assist with operational decisions and procurement strategies.
  • Promote new products and innovations to improve farm productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practices to foster a culture of safety.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in agricultural sales, livestock nutrition, or production systems.
  • A passion for helping farmers succeed through expert advice and tailored solutions.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
  • A C Class driver’s license (minimum) for regional travel.
