Role Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead operations in South Australia, managing a territory with a focus on OTC livestock products. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team and driving sales growth while nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of three direct reports across South Australia and Western Australia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the designated territory.
• Drive sales growth and achieve targets for OTC livestock products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategize to capture them effectively.
• Conduct regular market analysis and report on competitive activities.
• Deliver product presentations and training to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the animal health or agricultural sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience in managing a sales team or leading sales operations in an agriculture-related company.
• Strong understanding of the livestock industry and OTC products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
