If you’ve got a love of livestock and are great at giving advice, there’s a job waiting for you in Katherine.
The Regional Director, Katherine position is the first point of contact for advice and management for the Agriculture, Biosecurity and Animal Welfare branches in the region.
We need someone who stands out from the herd to shape government policy, drive agribusiness research programs and lead the Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade’s staff in the Big Rivers Region, including the Katherine and Victoria River research stations.
Your expertise in the cattle industry be called on to deliver high level research, development and extension activities, including identifying and project managing topics for large scale research activities.
