Role
An opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at our Prahran Hospital. The role is full-time, and we are happy to work with the successful applicant to help them achieve a reasonable work-life balance.
We are seeking someone with reception experience who is passionate about patient care, with the ability to provide a high level of client service and share this skill and knowledge with others.
About You
We’re seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and client experience. Key qualities include:

- Veterinary Knowledge: Preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is crucial.

- Compliance-Oriented: Adheres to all OH&S regulations.
Qualifications/Experience
- Reception/Customer Service: Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Veterinary Knowledge: Familiarity with veterinary procedures is preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and customer service abilities.
- In-Clinic Experience: 1 year preferred but not essential.
- Software: Experience with ezyVet is a plus.
