The Animal Hospital in Kalgoorlie is looking to employ a part time receptionist who is available to work

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from12 noon to 6 pm

And a rotating rostered Saturday morning from 7 am to 12 noon, usually every 4th Saturday.

The applicant must be able to handle dogs, cats and a variety of other animals and be able to work happily in what can, at times, be a very busy reception. They will be working with another receptionist and must be able to work in a team with the other receptions and the veterinarians and nurses.

Tasks include greeting and assisting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, triaging patients, taking payments, merchandising, cleaning of floors, benches and windows and end of day reconciliation.

Previous veterinary experience would be helpful but not essential.  Being able to get on with people and animals is!
