Kaipara Farm Vets, a thriving farm vet practice based in Dargaville and Ruawai, is looking for a friendly and positive receptionist to join our happy team. Celebrating our 2nd year of service to the farming community, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer care and a passion for animal health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised calendar.
• Providing administrative support to the veterinary team.
• Promoting a positive image of the clinic to all clients and visitors.

• A positive, friendly individual who excels in customer service.
• Strong interest in farming and animal care.
• Basic administrative skills and experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
