Hollywoof Pet Spa is on the search for their next Staff Superstars.

Hollywoof Pet Spa is a modern, luxury dog grooming salon located on the outside of The Brickworks Centre, Southport. Our caring touch and cage free environment offer the ultimate pampering experience to our four-legged community.

Due to our on-going growth, we are looking for bubbly, out-going and passionate receptionists to join our team.

The Role

• Perform “top to tail” assessments on all dogs to recommend services to achieve the best style possible and to build trust with their fur parents
• Grooming, spa room and day-care setup and maintaining the cleanliness of these areas throughout the day
• Handling bookings and appointments
• Creating engaging stories and posts for our social media platforms
• Understanding of animal behaviour when introducing new dogs to the pack and supervising day-care/grooming dogs.

Skills

• Must have Customer service and animal handling experience
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow within our organisation.
• Team oriented with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Be physically able to carry out the day to day tasks of the role.
• Availability to work between the hours of Monday – Friday (7:00am – 6:00pm) and Saturdays (8am-3.00pm)
