About the role
As a ranger you will be part of the moorings team, based in Rosebud. The position manages a number of swing moorings and issues mooring permits within the Port Management (Local Ports) Regulations 2015. In addition, mooring holders are required to produce a mooring tackle inspection report annually. This report is provided by an authorised mooring contractor. In this role you will also assist in port services, which may include salvage of vessels and onwater compliance.
We're looking for someone with:
- Coxswains Certificate (desirable)
- Demonstrated teamwork and project management skills
- Good understanding of marine issues
