SASH is excited to announce a brand new, state of the art facility launching in Prospect, Western Sydney! This will be the fourth hospital to be added to the SASH network. We will provide a complete range of clinical services to our patients with all four of our hospitals working collaboratively to provide the best outcomes for our patients

About the Role:
Your role will entail MR and CT imaging, operation of fluoroscopy, oversight of the radiography suite, maintenance of digital image storage and responsibility for radiation safety across the facility. You will receive support and training from the SASH veterinary diagnostic imaging team and collaborate with colleagues in the pursuit of continual improvement in standards across all imaging modalities. This is a permanent part time position.

- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, nurses and support staff.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in radiography recognised by the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia such as the Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging).
- Hold current registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Diagnostic Radiography) with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
- Have experience in medical CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, and x-ray. Experience in the imaging of animals is an advantage but is not essential.
