Job Description: The Director for the Master of Veterinary Clinical Care (MVCC) at the LMU-CVM is responsible for administration of the MVCC degree program. They will also develop and deliver curriculum in the MVCC programs.

Required Qualifications: Veterinary Medical degree from AVMA accredited college or school with a license in good professional standing.

Preferred Qualifications: Masters, PhD, or equivalent degree in veterinary, medical, or health professions education.

Job Duty:

• develop and deliver curriculum in the MVCC program; *promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large
• promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students
• develop, maintain and revise clinical skills teaching materials
• implement creative solutions and novel approaches to improving students’ clinical competencies
• direct the MVCC program
• communicate effectively with participants, peers and supervisors with appropriate communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills that promote an environment of cooperation
• participate in national and local meetings to provide outreach to the profession
• participate on university committees
• complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites
• perform other duties as assigned
