Anexa vet services is looking for an experienced (preferably 3 years +) production animal vet to join our supportive, driven and fun Morrinsville team.

 

About Anexa Vet Services

Anexa Veterinary Services is a Vet Club, established in 1923 by an innovative group of farmers. Today, we have over 50 Veterinarians based across 12 clinics throughout the Waikato and Hauraki Plains providing clinical care to both production and companion animals. We work in strong team units at clinic level while always having the opportunity to contribute to and gain experience from the wider team.  Each one of our clinics is unique, but at Anexa we are one team. Animal health is at our core.

 

About the Production Animal role

This is a Production Animal role with a heavy dairy focus. You will be working alongside famer clients in individual animal medicine, herd health prevention and management, biosecurity, and animal welfare support. You will be utilising our internal lab and diagnostic capabilities to support good decision making on farm. Understanding farm systems is a priority for Anexa and in this role you will be supported in developing your knowledge in this area.

 

About you

You will be a Production Animal or Mixed Practice Veterinarian wanting to grow your Dairy career, who is driven to find good animal health solutions for your clients working in partnership with them, their teams and the wider Anexa business. You will be a positive person who brings your best self to work and values good team culture. You will have great communication skills and initiative with good time management habits.
