The 0pportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our practice. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving clinic growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including team management, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Assist in managing financial aspects of the clinic, including rostering, accounts, and reporting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and client care.
- Lead, mentor, and support our veterinary and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of care.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage supplier relationships and inventory to ensure clinic readiness.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with the local community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a veterinary setting.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for animal care and client service.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in veterinary practice management are highly desirable.
