About the role

Key Responsibilities                                                       

• General handling and care of animals in our care, including but not limited to cleaning, bathing, and feeding.
• Communicating with the general public via different mediums. Face to face, phone and email.
• Using computer software for bookings/updating animal information.
• Identifying animal's health/behaviour.
• Handling of Cash/EFTPOS facility.

Skills and experience Required. 

• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Industry experience in animal handling.
• Outstanding punctuality & reliability.
• Certificate III in Animal Studies or equivalent (desired but not essential).
• Motivated to work in a high paced environment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations .
• Experience in customer service and money handling.
• Computer literate able to learn booking software.
